NYCOA Announces Price Increase and Energy Surcharge for All Nylon Products

Raw material increases, specifically Caprolactam (the primary monomer for the production of many of NYCOA’s Nylon Polymers), along with increased energy and freight costs are driving the need for price increases in NYCOA’s product line.  Effective immediately (or per contracts requirements), NYCOA will raise the price of its Nylon products by a minimum of 12%.  In addition, NYCOA will institute an Energy surcharge of $0.08/lb. on each invoice.
